Hi, I’m Diane.
My background is a Master's in Organization Development and 25+ years working inside B2B consulting, training, and OD/HR work, not a generalist course-building process applied to any topic.
Human skills like leadership, coaching, facilitation and communication don't convert to blended learning the way technical or compliance training does.
